Acer E520 Review

Acer is going to launch its eMachines-branded entry level notebook pc 'E520' in Japan market on October 31.



Adopting a 15.4-inch wide LCD monitor with 1,280*800 resolution, the
E520 is equipped with Intel Celeron 575(2Ghz) CPU, 1GB of RAM and 160GB
HDD. Running on Windows Vista Home Premium OS, it adopts DVD
Super-Multi drive and Intel GL40 Express. 



Measuring 364.6×273.6×27~38.4mm at 2.8kg, it offers around 3 hours of battery life. Suggested price is 59,800(JPY). wireless gadget here

ASUS EeePC S101

ASUS(www.asus.com.tw) announced the launch of its slimer EeePC S101 in Taiwan market.

Adopting Intel Atom processor, this 10.2-inch new EeePC features 1.8mm thickness at its slimmest section and 1kg weight.

Available either Windows XP or Linux OS, the EeePC S101 comes with three different SSD capabilities; 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.

The EeePC is now available in Asia Pacific market for 699 dollars, and will be released in Japan in November.
